No. Submitting an application through CANILA does not guarantee approval by any government or third-party authority. Eligibility assessments provided by CANILA are preliminary only.

Create a free CANILA account, select the service that matches your goal (Tourism, Study, or Work), and complete the corresponding application form.
How can I track my application status?+
Your CANILA dashboard shows your current status, assigned case officer, required documents, and next steps at every stage.
Documents
What documents will I need to upload?+
Required documents vary by service and are listed on your application dashboard once you select a service. Common documents include a passport, photos, and supporting evidence relevant to your application type.
What happens if a document is rejected?+
Your case officer will mark the document as requiring replacement and explain why, so you can upload a corrected version through your dashboard.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?+
CANILA processes payments through secure, industry-standard providers. Card details are never stored on CANILA's servers.
Can I get a refund?+

Membership
What is a CANILA membership?+
A CANILA membership provides a digital membership card with a verification QR code. It is a CANILA-issued credential and is not a government-issued identification document.
